Description

As you think about succession planning, do you know your options and the pros and cons of each? Contractors are increasingly relying on subcontracted labor. How are you navigating this space? As younger workers enter the workforce, contractors are finding they lack interpersonal/soft skills. How do you teach younger workers these skills? Contractors’ customers  who are Millenials and Generation Z have different expectations from their service providers. What are some marketing techniques you are using to attract them? How do you meet them in the middle?
